Cubberley Ad Hoc Committee

The Cubberley Ad Hoc Committee was established in 2023 to develop a plan for a renovated community center. On October 7, 2024, the City Council approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Palo Alto Unified School District for the purchase and lease of 4000 Middlefield Rd. (Cubberley Site). The Committee was directed to resume master planning and formalize agreements, including a new lease agreement and a purchase and sale agreement.
